Purpose

The purpose of Phi Lambda Sigma is to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development.

History

Phi Lambda Sigma, also known as the Pharmacy Leadership Society, was founded in 1965 to promote leadership development amongst pharmacy students and peers. There are currently 125 chapters chartered in pharmacy schools across the United States. The Beta Delta chapter was founded in 1993, as the 51st chapter to be charted.
